Aiterava Intelligence
Aiterava Intelligence is the AI engine built into your Aiterava instance. It centralizes all AI access — conversations, business tools, automations — and exposes them through multiple channels: public chat widget, WhatsApp Business, staff dashboard assistant, and more to come.

The Gateway is the single entry point. It validates each request, checks credits, selects the right provider and model, executes the capability (LLM, tools...), then commits usage.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): you provide your own API key — Aiterava does not bill tokens, you pay the provider directly.
Platform key: Aiterava provides access via a credit system (SaaS only).
Available channels
Visitor chat widget
Embedded on your public page (marketplace). Visitors ask questions in real time — availability, services, rates — without creating an account. Limited to 20 messages per session by default (configurable).
WhatsApp Business
Customers contact you via WhatsApp. The assistant responds automatically 24/7 using the same real-time business data.
AI Assistant (staff)
Floating assistant in the dashboard — available to authenticated team members only. Full access to business tools based on the user's role permissions.

Tools allow the AI to access your real-time data during a conversation:

Each channel has its own list of authorized tools — a WhatsApp visitor cannot access cash register data.
Automations
Automation rules trigger the AI on business events (new booking, check-in, payment received...). Each rule can require manual approval before execution.
